Default Which supplements?

I have used the following bodybuilding supplements in the past:

whey protein, creatine, glutamine.

My limited knowledge tells me that its essential that you squeeze as much PROTEIN in to your diet as possible OR at least a gram per pound of bodyweight. As such, whey protein is a convienient way of achieving this.

CREATINE will prevent your muscles from fatiguing whilst working out, thus helping you to work out longer, resulting in bigger gains if your diets right?

Am i right in saying that GLUTAMINE helps your muscles recover quicker, in time for your next workout??

Am i correct on the above?

Now, my main question was the following......

What other supplements does everyone recommend taking??

yer your on the right lines.
glutamine does a lot of things really and is very improtant it raises your immune system and quickens amino acid absorbsion into the muscles.

a good type of supplement to use are testosterone boosters.
depending on how strong you want to go they range from normal tribulus
to your super strengh ones like methyl 1 test which is really strong and you have to use milk thistle with it. i put on 1and 1/2 stone in 3 weeks with this product but i do stress it is stong

me and my mates get our stuff online, if you look under testosterone boosters it will show you all the different ones they do.

A bit miss leading to put tribulis into the same category as methyl 1 test dont you think? Tribulis is a test booster .....methyl 1 test tablets are grouped with steroids, legal or not...it's still gear.

I have heard of Tribulus before bigkinky. I assumed it had something to do with testosterone. I'll have to do some more research before i start using a supplement such as that though.

On another note, ive just purchased a tub of KR-EVOLUTION creatine tablets. Ive just reurned from my first gym session since i started taking them. Now, a normal session for me would last 1 hour 10 mins roughly. Today i was down there for 1 hour 30 mins. Seriously, i just didnt want to leave.

As they say, an awesome pump, good energy levels......... im well pleased with my purchase. Cant wait for my next gym session.

kre alk is great stuff mate.
try having an expresso with it prior to training...
fenugreek and horny goat weed arent bad as natty test enhancers too,but dont expect to take it and have an enhanced workout.
dont rate trib much tbh but there is science behind it proving it works...
altho articles can say many thing dependent on the author....
