Default Protein Shakes??

Hi,

I've been using maximuscle promax before but i am looking for a cheaper source. Ive been looking at the extreme proformance whey and Dymatize Elite whey.
They look good value but are i need to know how to take them. There is advice on the Dymatize Elite Whey but no directions for the extreme stuff.

Is it the same as the maximuscle and simply add water in the shaker or do you need to have it as a milkshake that can leave you feeling bloated and full.

Please help me out!
cheers

you can have it with just water or with milk-usually water in the morning and milk last thing at nite.
i usually add it to my shakes made up of oats, nana and natty yogurt too.

Dymatize tastes great which one were you using there vanilla used to be amazing. Its absolutely shite quality mind you, I think Doug has stats but its protein content is so far below its label its a joke. It tastes great though or atleast it used to not tried it for years
