Question Re: Creatine advice anyone?

beautiful. thanks for the advice. i have posted a thread else where stating that i can only basically do cv, and obviously too much could turn the muscles catabolic. i would assume the creatine (in its own little way) will save the muscles and assist with fat loss?

Thanks for the advice guys, iv'e just bought some kr-evolution for £23 (inc VAT + Carriage)

Do you need to load up the body with it first or is it a simple take x amount per day tab?

I think coming off creatine is the least of their worries mate.

Personally I do take short breaks from creatine after a blood test a while ago showed quite high levels of creatinine after I'd been on continuously for a few years.

However taken in small doses theres no issue with prolonged use IMO

I've tried a lot of types of creatine ( mono, cee, gluconate, kre-alk...some more I cant remember probably) and never had any noticeable effects until now. I've been using tri-creatine malate. 1g in the morning and 1g at night except for training days when I take an extra gram. Half before and half after training. Strength is growing faster than I thought possible. Loving it!
