Default To any extreme staff?

I recently received some extreme creatine from u guys but was a bit concerned that there was no plastic seal to break or anything, it was just just the lid which wasnt on very tight with the loose powder inside? Is this how all ur powders are packaged? Love the supps otherwise tho keep up the good work!

Hi Nick, sorry to hear about this.

The seal is inside the lid which is heat pressed once the lid is put on the tub at the factory, when the heat is applied to the secured lid the seal bonds to the tub giving a secure seal which the customer then has to peel off.

I think it sounds like the seal inside the lid hasn't stuck to the tub, this could be caused be several things like the lid not being on tight enough when the heat is applied (which sounds likely from what you say about your tub) or the heat wasn't applied for a long enough time or for some reason this particular tub was missed, none of this shouldn't happen because its all done by machine.

All I can say Nick is that all our products are (or should be!) sealed at the factory and are not opened again until they get to you so even though your tub's seal hasn't stuck the product inside will be the exactly same and as pure as any of the sealed tubs which will have came off the production line next to it.
