Also, just purchased some pure monohydrate from muscletech, the instructions say 25g per day during the 'loading' phase and up to 15g per day from there after. Seems a little excessive to me . . . ? Cheers, richtries. p.s. gutted I'm not on the Kre-alkalyn really. |

They saw that by loading you reached saturation point faster. Sort of common sense really. However most companies immediately jumped on this as a way to sell more of the product. Yes when you reach saturation quicker you get quicker results but then you build tolerance faster.
