| Join Date: Jan 2007 Posts: 57 Rep Power: ![]() | alrite lads. I wasn't sure where to put this post but thought this was the most appropriate. I have a job where i'm always lifting heavy things which leaves me very achey at home. Normally around wrists. This is affecting my training though now. | Illuminati | maybe you could try some cissus quadrangulus... or you could make your wrists stronger with some grip work. ive got a pin in my wrist from a bone graft that didnt work- it used to ache alot and i`d wear a magnetic wrist band which worked well- i dont wear it much these days and i`m sure thats down to my grip strength ______________________ einsteins mind was the key to all things...to understand more than to know. www.englishmuscle.co.uk www.extremenutrition.co.uk |
