Yup...

Finely milled Oats (MyProtein), (add in Waxy Maize Starch if you want to), Whey and Water matey in a shake with some Olive Oil flavoured with the flavouring of your choice.

Much better IMHO than the off the shelf ones - less simple carbs.

Volumass 35 is a good lean gainer. Or monster food for a heavy gainer. both taste great. Volumass 35 comes in 3 sizes and about 7 different falovours. Monster comes in vanilla and chocolate (has a fair amount of sugars in it though)

mate you can spend 100's on the stuff and over the years 1000's and ive done just that, ive gone the shop and brought the best most expensive and to be honest and im been honest here ok.. Its all ~ucking hype the lot of it, every bit of it just hype, supplement companies just messing with your head.

All i buy now is a decent whey protein as i do struggle with getting enough protein down me. 6 mths ago id by casein for night time drink, whey for in the day, MRP's id have 2 of them a day, work out boosters, creatine, post and pre workout drinks. id spend loads mate thinking that it all helped me to grow, "bollocks" all in my head since ive stopped using the stuff ive been growing. (not saying the stuff stopped me from growing just saying you will still grow without)

DONT LET CLEVER ADVERTISING MESS WITH YOUR BRAIN KEEP IT SIMPLE, YOUR BODY NEEDS CARBS, FATS AND PROTEIN TO GROW SIMPLE. a good whey is an advantage and so is a good weight gainer but dont get drawn into buying all the other shit.

there is only so many calories your body will digest in any one time, so going ott will be a waste of your money, like i say keep it simple, lets say you need 5,000 kcals per day and lets say you split this into 5 meals ok? so thats 1,000 kcals per meal and lets say you have 2 of your weight gainers per day so each drink will be max 1,000 kcal each total of 2,000 kcals.... Now you need 3 meals and all 3 should be max 1,000 kcals per meal, total of 3,000 kcals. So now you have consumed 5,000 kcals in a day "happy growing" ???????????????????????????????

Off cause dont forget to get the ratio of carbs and protein right. (forget fats for now as your bulking) just my opinion of cause.

err, think ive miss wrote that or you dont get the point, what i meant was that your body will use what it needs to do the job and the rest is just wasted. i.e. saved for later or deposited in the fat stores.

reading it again ive not worded it as i meant it. i mean if you were to ram 3,000 kcals in one go then this would not be a good thing hey?
