The ingredients are similar to ECA with a few added extras...

Ma Huang 500mg = Ephedrine
Caffeine 300mg = Self explainitory
Tyrosine 200mg = Used for thyroid stimulation, weight and appetite control.
Chromium Polynicotinate 10mg = Used for fat loss
Coleus Forskohlii 200mg = Increased thyroid hormone secretion

Thanks for that i think I may give them a go, do you know what the content of ephedrine is, the Mu Huang is normally standardised to give a ephedrine content.

I was taking Nitrix for 3 weeks. I lift 4/6 days a week and it just didn't seem like it was doing anything. As soon as I stopped taking it, I realized how much it worked. I wasn't able to do as many reps at the same weights and I just wasnt motivated.

ruyhwong, Nitrix will not help with fat loss, I think it will have helped you but you may have had a bit of the "placebo effect" too from what your saying. If you aren't motivated you wont find the answer to that in a supplement.

CD, the Grenades are standardised to between 40-50mg ephedrine per tab (I'm at home as I answer this and don't have the exact stats on them here). They are way better than EPH 25 bcos the strength is consistent, Eph 25's are all over the place for strength. They're better value too bcos you get 100 instead of 60 for less than a tenner more.

My Mrs has dropped a stone in the last couple of months WITHOUT training or dieting seriously, all she's been doing is half a grenade with 3 Lean-R twice daily, she finds a whole grenade tab is too much for her. I will say she is a mesomorph and when she diets, does cardio or takes a thermogenic the weight comes off her quickly.

We have stalls at some of the upcoming shows and she'll be in her Extreme catsuit so she knows wobbly bits will be easily visible unless she's in shape!

Grenades are great as fat burners - i love them. Each pot contains 100 tabs so you will get to cycles out of one pot!! and at arounf £40 there dead cheap too. If you can still get hold of them from where your from then get some RAGE, ( i now the bloke who made them got arrested a wee wile ago but there is still some tubs floating around)
