Sida / ECA

Tempted to do a modified ECA Stack using Sida Cordifolia / Pro Plus / Asprin.

From the research I've done the 'best' ratio seems to be Eph to Caffeine - 1:10, and Eph to Aspirin 1:4

The Sida I was going to buy is 300mg per capsule with 10% Alkaloids (which is supposed to be the Eph Part) which would result in the following:

1x Sida : 3x Pro Plus : 2x 75mg Aspirin (Baby aspirin or half a 300/325mg full aspirin)

Aspirin is a bit higher than the 'best' ratio, but I can't really find any information as to how important the aspirin is... Any ideas / pointers?

(Don't really fancy doing full Eph as part of the stack...)

Bit of both mate. Training is now gonna be 6.30 at least twice a week and fat loss is always good.

The asprin isn't actually 'essential' 75mg would be enough for the anti-prostaglandin effect.

Do you rate Sida Neil?

I know its not as strong as full Ephedrine or Ephedra but indications are that it doesn't have the sides which they bring...

Never used it!! Always been able to get eph

People I know who use it, do so because they don't like the 'jitters' from eph, and they find they're more focused.

Sida is not as effective as ephedrine but as you say the side effects are less so the trade is worthwhile in my opinion.

Add L-Tyrosine at 500mg with this to further enhance the effect and a B vitamin complex too.

Aspirin also acts as a mild 'uncoupler' (see DNP for a definintion of an uncoupler) this enhances the stack. Personally when I've done my own ECA stack I always use 300mg Aspirin.

Took a week off the Sida... Back on today... I'd forgotten how potent the first day is!

I feel very hyper
