To much is emphasis is put on keeping a clean diet, that really is bullshit mate, you want to add weight then easy just eat and eat and don’t worry about eating clean. Don’t forgot there are lots of calories in junk food so you cannot fail to add mass. Ok you may or will add body fat, but hey no pain no gain, the body fat you can keep to a minimum with good cardio. |

Fat is 9 cals per gram carbs and protein are 4 if you need to work it out based this way. A calorie of hydrogenated or shitty saturated fat in junk food has no more calories that good fats in oliy fish. Up the cals till you put on weight. Do this cleanly if you can as there is no reason not to if you are able. I hate the above method but I know some use it. If you can do it cleanly there is no benefit not to mention a health detriment. If you cannot eat a calorie excess cleanly then possibly do it in the above way but I don't advise it. But thats what opinions are. |

It's easy to eat junk and it worked for me. It's easy to keep saying keep your cals cleans mate but in reality it's very hard to get the required calories in any given day with clean food. If you are going to eat clean mate then you are going to need some ideas on clean foods, just put a new post up asking for some ideas. |

| Illuminati | i must disagree on the clean food front ali. my close friends know how i actually dislike eating food fullstop if there was a pill i could take that supplied all cals i`d take it! i get zero pleasure from eating food. its a purey fuctional neccessity for me. the answer for me was to drink my cals in oaty shakes. if i was a heavy dude with hi BF i`d do the complete opposite and drink no cals or shakes at all. clean food is very bulky... hence the need for me to drink my cals ______________________ einsteins mind was the key to all things...to understand more than to know. www.englishmuscle.co.uk www.extremenutrition.co.uk |
