I think I've said this before but...

Clean bulk shake:
Whey + Oats + Milk + Olive Oil + Flavouring as required.
I can easy get over 1000kcals from one of those.

Adjust the amounts to suit your needs.

As YG said - only dirty bulk if you need to. Then again I've quite sure you could make a clean homemade pizza which contained all the macro nutrients required.

Digestive enzymes/probiotics are definitely worthwhile supplements whilst trying to eat massively - they will make much better use of what you put in, and reduce on discomfort/gas/etc.

Personally i prefer fresh food to old food, old food tends to be stale and can cause problems. Stick to fresh food mate.

Cheeky get I never got fat. I lost 3lbs of fat from March to Sept.

I wouldn't to go over 1000kcals per meal personally, I used to have one of those shakes for my breakfast and taper down from there.
