Clean bulk shake: Whey + Oats + Milk + Olive Oil + Flavouring as required. I can easy get over 1000kcals from one of those. Adjust the amounts to suit your needs. As YG said - only dirty bulk if you need to. Then again I've quite sure you could make a clean homemade pizza which contained all the macro nutrients required. |
