Default Portable nutrition

Hi
Looking for some help here. I am a strongish guy who works on ships, I have not much equipment where I work but try and keep doing some good training.
The question is this.
If you could take some supplementation with you (i have to fly to work), maybe in the form of a packet for ease, don't really want to hump big tubs. What would you take? Is something like Myoplex OK?
I am carrying a bit of fat so don't need to use bulking stuff.
Any help will be much appreciated.

I've used USN Protein Plex in packet form before. Wasn't that keen on taste and it wasn't cheap.

If you have time why not buy some re-sealable bags and make up your own? That way you can control the cost and the ingredients. You can just store the bags in a tub or number of tubs.

I think TH+S suggestion is good, you can also control serving sizes too, for example if you think you need 50g protein per serving and 25g carbs and 3g creatine per serving you can order all the things individually and mix and bag them yourself.

It also means you can select products from different companies if you wanted (although Extreme products are the best!) you may want a carb source like Vitargo or want to use Kre-alkalyn rather than creatine monohydrate.

Unless the sachets are in your main luggage which will not be carried into the passenger compartment. If its in the luggage hold it will be fine.

Hmmm... ish...

If you goto places like Cancun where they have random suitcase checks (you know where you press the buzzer to see if yours gets checked or not) you could be caused an unneccessary delay by having it in there...

Years ago a friend of mine had similar problems when he went on a self catering holiday and his mum packed him some sugar, flour, milk, tea bags and a few other bigs in re-sealable bags (obviously the milk wasn't in a resealable bag...) and he was delayed for ages while they tested it.
