Quick question, how important is it to take zma on and empty stomach? As it begs the question, when does a bodybuilder ever have an empty stomach lol? Tom.

i swear by zma as i feel it helps give me a better quality of sleep. i never take it on an empty stomach!

i normally have a shake at 10 then have my zma at half ten and go to bed. I swear by it too for aiding sleep!
