| Join Date: Jul 2007 Posts: 16 Rep Power: ![]() | 1 shake around 700 kcal. no weights. 3 times a week, just as a hobby, some muay thai, mma, jiu jitsu. and between them some light warm up and stretch. usually 2 hard workouts a week only, so it is not that much calorie burning indeed. also recently i was taking it very easy and still could not put on any weight. |
