Then again I suppose it would all depend on how often you worked out and wether you beleive that Sat Fat by increasing Cholesterol Levels, releases DHEA, which releases androstenedione which releases Test... This is also why I would prefer to eat healthy foods, unfortunately in my case, the fat does not spread over my whole body, it seems like most of it sits comfortably in my belly.

Women get it on the hips, bum and thighs, we get it on the belly. (yes I know this is a generalisation, but it is a fairly commonly accepted one)

This is going to come across as though I'm picking a fight - which I'm not, but would you not say that users of AAS on cycle would have different dietry requirements to those who don't use AAS? I'm throwing down about 5000kcals per day down my neck, and if I didnt eat 'clean' for those 5000kcal I think I'd put on fat. Then again it begs the question that given I'm only working out twice a week, could I eat what I wanted and tones of it if I worked out more... Odds are the answer is yes (but I think I would still gain some fat), but I wonder what my recovery capabilities would be like. My main concern is I don't find it that easy to get fat off, and I don't like dieting and/or cardio (hence my other post on cutting...) |
