| Join Date: Jul 2007 Posts: 16 Rep Power: ![]() | great idea with this log. weight: 79 kg 1 Aug 2007: added brown rice to my meals 2 Aug 2007: added oats weight: 79 kg side effects: fat belly, it seems like it sticks out more than before :-(. In fact, I forgot to mention that when I was 85 kgs, my belly was quite massive and I am afraid now it is gonna be the case again, once I put on weight. |

If its food then get some fibre in you and some digestive enzymes. Get working out. Do some cardio. It will get sorted in time. Simple. |
