Awesome. As I am writing it, I am eating tesco brown rice, tastes not bad. Basically I am gonna do what you suggested, including chinups. Later on, after I will have seen some progress, I will report it here. Thanks again, help appreciated a lot !

great idea with this log.

weight: 79 kg

1 Aug 2007: added brown rice to my meals
2 Aug 2007: added oats

weight: 79 kg
side effects: fat belly, it seems like it sticks out more than before :-(. In fact, I forgot to mention that when I was 85 kgs, my belly was quite massive and I am afraid now it is gonna be the case again, once I put on weight.

Okay for dealing with bellies... Sort your posture out. Correct your hip alignment in the mirror. If its food then get some fibre in you and some digestive enzymes.

Get working out. Do some cardio.

It will get sorted in time. Simple.

I suggested "Potatoes, oats, sweet potatoes, brown rice" etc but kind of ran flat thinking of heavy low GI crabs at that point. But at least he he started to change his diet.

If you get 5 could you fire some up that you can think of? I would be useful for me too. Cheers dude.
