hiya guys whats your fave amino supplement.
i have used dymatize liquid amino and it was awesome massive amounts of protein and amino acid per serv.
so what do you think shall i go for a good liquid amino acid or just go for a good glutamine product
anyone know of any cheap websits to get liquid aminos from at the moment im paying around £11-£15 for 16fl oz

I think that liquid aminos are a bit of a con. Whey is a liquid amino drink that just needs to be digested.

I think your money would be better spent on a BCAA supplement prior to WO as this will aid in anti catabolic action and release of catecholimides that help with fat burning.

The only time liquid aminos would be useful is say in a During WO drink. Milos Sarcev seems to advocate this a lot but TBH I've found it non productive relative to cost.

yeah i use amino acids capsule/ tablet form after i train , but i watched a video with mick hart (STERIOD GURU) and he was saying just before you fininsh your training session take a big swig of liquid aminos because a real high % of it is absorbed into the muscles, but the tablet form has to break down first plus a lot of the tablet form of aminos are lost due to waste, i can see your point that there are amino acids in whey protein, thanks for the advice cheers
