I've used the tablets with good results initial results, but I struggle to take the powder. Basically I got extra energy, and more water retention so I looked pumped for longer. |

There has not even bin enough reasearch or testing on these new Ethly ester products ie. creatine or glutimine to actually prove that they work. |

CEE is different to C-Mono in that it requires no loading period and doesn't give you the runs. Extreme did a great post as a reply on a Creatine thread which can be found here (http://www.musclechat.co.uk/bodybuil...-nice-1-a.html), as well as providing a very interesting PDF which can be found here (http://aaefx.com/downloads/CreatineFacts.pdf) Hope that helps. |

Given that KA is "just" buffered CM, that is CM which has something added to it to increase it's effectiveness (well, not exactly, but kinda), if CM, according to studies, only converts to creatinine at a rate of "less than 1%", and KA's conversion rate is "35% greater conversion of creatine to creatinine than CM", that's 35% of 1%, which is 0.35%, basically about as much as a pi*s in the ocean (i.e.not a lot!).
