Whey Isolate, Whey Concentrate, Micellar Casein, Egg Protein and Glutamin Peptides...?

or making it more simple, Protein and Glutamin Peptides...?

You can buy Glutamin Peptides separately...

Or is there something else in it which means people rate it?

just easier having something like that so its all in one (i.e. im lazy)

I've used this before, nice taste, good protein content but quite possibly the lumpiest shake ever if you try and mix it in a shaker..

ive used it in the past and hadnt any trouble with it being lumpy,as long as you use a hand blender. i found it smooth and tasted lovely. didnt get the runs either.

Pro Pep is 6.5% lower in protein
Pro Pep is 4% higher in carbs
Pro Pep is 0.5g higher in fat

This stuff is a total ripoff likeDorian Yates Ultimate Protein which is very much the same product as CNP's Po-peptide.
