Mate thats like saying will bananas make you fat....

No is the short answer, but yes if you eat hundreds of the per day.

Lifting heavy weights stimulates muscle growth by tearing muscle fibres.
A good nights sleep allows your muscles to reapir the tears and thus grow.
Eating the right food allows you to grow faster.

I think you need to start a new post which contains everything you are eating, when days you are training, where you are training, and what you are doing training wise.

Posting lots of individual threads on the same things wont help you get the advice you need.

Stop worrying about being fat. Fat gain comes mainly from a sedentary lifestyle. Bodybuilders will put some fat on during bulking periods but you aren't anywhere near to worrying about that yet.

Lifting weights and doing low impact cardio will drop your body fat and mean you have to buy either new jeans or tighter belts...

Hope that helps.

Rep Power: Extreme is an unknown quantity at this point
Default Re: will MRP make you fat some advise please thanx....

Ali is right, you will only get fat from carbs and fats, each serving of Extreme Performance Meal Rep only has 16g of carbs (64 calories) and each pound of fat needs 3500 calories to be built.

Remember your burning calories digesting your food too so you'd probably need about 4500 calories too many to enter your system and just sit there without being burned so they can get converted into fat and stored, you'd lose some during the conversion process.

I hope this re-assures you Zig, we have people using our Performance MR right up to show time.
