Good post Gym Rat, very informative.

Said, there is gelatin in the capsules. We don't do it as a powder bcos its horrid to taste but you could just empty the capsule if you wish.

creatine is junk- there is no other way to describe it.everyone starts off on it then realises that its simply not the supplements the hype makes out.

How can you make such a sweeping statement? Creatine has been the most researched supplement of all time and it has been scientifically proven to work.

To say everyone thinks its junk is a stupid statement, I once put on 11lbs in 5 days using creatine monohydrate, so I know it works.

Perhaps you've had a low grade creatine or haven't used it right or quite possibly are a non responder, there are non responders to pretty much everything from sports nutrition to pharmaceutical products.

yeah i guess your right. i used MP CEE, but have now discoverd the joys of superdrol...so no looking back!
