its just whey protein a very good one. you'd need carbs to make a meal

ZigZag i linked you to the exact product you need which is the Extreme meal replacement drink on another thread this is what you need as your diet is lacking in all sides of nutrition not just protein...

i decided to get the max and see how i get on with that i know its not a MRP i will try and eat proper food i will see if this works first......thanx....
