Default any ideas ?

just wondered if any of you knowledgable folk had any ideas on this.....ive just started taking a whey protein drink and am getting the tom tits all the time...even after slowly trying to introduce it im getting upset stomach.....having had a read through the tub it says people whos daily intake of phosphorus is over 250mg "may" experience slight upset stomach.....having done a little research i have now learned that even 1 large egg contains 100 mg of phosphorus ??
anyone have any ideas ?...or any alternative protein supplements a little more friendly on the gut?...many thanks

i use lots of whey mate and always change brand and ive never had any problems at all, i'd sugest u to use a different brand.

Try also mixing it with milk or water if you are using milk.

Are you mixing with milk or water?

Are you having high carbs?

I had bad carb craps on USN Mass Fuel and a mate at work said he got it bad cos he mixes whey with milk.

Current thinking is that 15% or so of the UK Adult population may be allergic to milk...

does milk give you the sh1ts mate?

i actually tolerate milk better than protein powders

in fact i cant mix a powder with milk at all-
powders also affect me if theyre mixed with carbs
(never used to,but ever since i messed around with dbol me guts have been sensitive as fcuk)

best thing to do is try different brands...

ive been mixing it with milk...and no ive never had any problems with milk before.
just out of interest i did try some met rx meal replacements a while ago that had the same effect, this whey ive been using now is also met rx...but surely most of these different companies use the same ingredients no ?
the only common factor was both made this point about phosphorus, then when i researched into it a bit i couldnt work it out....maybe i give it a go mixed in water, but like i say ive never had problems with milk before, cheers

There are different types of whey mate and its also other ingrediants they put in as well as sweetners.

If you dont get any luck with water then bin it and try a dif brand.. muscle milk is great by the way.
