I had bad carb craps on USN Mass Fuel and a mate at work said he got it bad cos he mixes whey with milk. Current thinking is that 15% or so of the UK Adult population may be allergic to milk... |

| Making Progress | ive been mixing it with milk...and no ive never had any problems with milk before. just out of interest i did try some met rx meal replacements a while ago that had the same effect, this whey ive been using now is also met rx...but surely most of these different companies use the same ingredients no ? the only common factor was both made this point about phosphorus, then when i researched into it a bit i couldnt work it out....maybe i give it a go mixed in water, but like i say ive never had problems with milk before, cheers ______________________ im forever blowing bubbles pretty bubbles in the air they fly so high, nearly reach the sky then like my dreams they fade and die |
