Default Creatine Mono non responsder symptoms?

Hi there,

I've heard and read that people can be non responders to Creatine Mono but was wondering what the symptoms actually are, how people can tell basically. The only time I've had creatine is when I had a couple of tubs of Maximuscle Cyclone a couple of months back, but with that lot being far too pricey and finding that Extreme Nutrition's performance whey was good value and tasty as well I will be looking to stick with this. So I was considering buying Extreme's creatine to add into my supplementation, but wanted to check that there aren't any symptoms of being a non responder that I may have experienced while on the Cyclone.

Thanks

hiya there, hows it goin?
im on extreme protein and their creatine powder and altho ive only been using it for a few wks i havent noticed any unusual symptoms, altho i havent been as tired and as sore as i have done in past. but i am also using their glutamine caps so it could be combination of them. give them a try anyway, would def recommend extreme.(plus u get 25% off as a musclechat member!)

Non responder symptoms just mean you are less prone to placebo. Studies show it does increase muscle phosphocreatine content, therefore it does work.

Not sure if I follow this question ....
the way you tell if you're a non-responder to creatine Mono is that you don't get any results!?!

Seems pretty straight forward to me!
