Hi Folks!

Thats me again getting ripped for the summer, a kinda tradition for me lol. Im using fat burners called stackers containing sida cordifolia, caffine, and white willow (Better Bodies UK - Fitness Clothes - Sports Supplements : Stackers (60 caps) [Stackers] - £24.95). Just wondering if anyone has tried them. Im not tolerant enough for the EPH 25+ burners, which seem to get me in an anxious state.

Any experiences appreciated,

Ok Folks

Day 2 of stackers, took 2 this morning on an empty stomach prior to breakfast and training, was rattling and full of energy, very very good indeed and a great boost in the gym when on low carbs. Im trying to drop 4% fat without doing cardio but really using thermogenics and carb manipulation, it seems to work for me but the key is to keep the metabolism running high and never missing a meal,

Im about to start cutting and not looking forward to it (scared of loosing my gains). Ephedrine is banned isnt it? Eph 25+ ..are they a legal alternative to ephedrine?

Hi Crazycal!

Well I tend to canabolise mass when i step on the cardio band wagon, my training becomes more intense hence helping the fat burning process. Personally i know a guy who competes and doesnt do a stitch of cardio but eats every hour on the hour, alternating between shakes and solid food albeit clean and low in carbs.

I've used these stackers as well and found them good, more reliable than EPH25 which are never consistent in strength som you never know to take 1, 2 or 3 if its a sh1tty batch.

I think the cardio thing when cutting is down to the individual and their body type, if I were to try and cut with no cardio I'd get nowhere. If you're naturally lean then you may not need it but for us who are naturally bloaters then cardio is essential.

How many stacker tabs r u guys using, reason i ask is that i was taking 3 in the morning and around 12 every day i was feeling ill, so i stopped taking them and was fine and then started and felt ill..

how many tabs u using and when u take them and do u to feel ill after 3 hours?

Well i take 2 post workout and another 1 half way thro the day, get the initial jitters then subsides and infact makes me think clearer. I do like the supplement and will keep using in an off on protocol alternating with other thermogenics so as not to build up tolerance,

You take them post workout Rianabol? Are you sure you don't mean pre workout?

Ali, did you start off with 3 straight away? I wouldn't go over 2 at a time personally, also you say 3 in the morning and 3 at lunchtime which I think is way too close together. I would think this could make you feel ill.

hi mate iv used the stackers and found stacker 2 the best
it helped me lose 7 stone in a day..
