Hi Extreme, i was taking only 3 in the morning mate and by 12.30 i was feeling awful. so i stopped taking them and since ive stopped taking them ive felt fine...

Would you r ecomend 2 in the morning and no more throughout the day or 2 morning and 2 late afternoon?
