Heck!!! Is that £140 on you alone? (I.e. not the weekly family shop)

What getting me at the moment is these USN Mass Gain Shakes.

5kg tub, but at 3 per day its only going to last me 10 days or so. So thats £150 a month on just mass builder shakes.

I need to invent some kind of new mass builder shakes using only readybreak, whey/cassein and cocoa powder me thinks!!

I'm running at about £100 per week, but I'm offseason so I am buying cheaper foods like rice, pasta, potatoes etc, and spend less on the protein food (which costs a fortune - even from costco's - when your in dieting mode and eating 3 or 4 pound of meat a day)

just me. 3lbs turkey, 14 oz sirloin, 2 lbs salmon, 16 eggs,3 sweet potatoes, a serving of oats a day for 6 days.

supplements are just flax oil and a multi vit.

after the show it'll be pancakes, cheesecake, burritos....

i tend not to look at how much im spending.. haha...

altho im a tight **** when it comes to shelling out... so i buy all my meat in bulk from a wholesale outlet, same with veg - seet potatoes are great from a "real" fruit wholesaler if you can find one shane... big massive buggas.. not pretty like you get from the supermarket... lots of them long spiders legs on... but you get a full tray for a couple of quid!

if you shop around you can get most things cheap....

in terms of supplements i stick to the basics... and spend what i feel is worthwhile...

in my opinion £150 a month on mass shakes is ridiculous... shop around you may be able to half that... with maybe better ingredients... or.. just eat bread as the carb source... its not great... but its easier on the wallet!!
