i havent heard of it tbh-
but i wll say this.
if you want to try pro streoids or whatever they purport to be theyre sides will be heavier than an oral steroid-dbol for example.
you wont be natty mate.

agreed Pre-Steroids/Pro-Hormones have bad sides attached to them and to be honest you would better off using steroids....

now you say you want to be as BIG as possible by august well what about your diet write it down meal by meal and timings along with weights of food you will not grow an inch without decent Cal's and please don't come back with "my diets fine"...as for supplements once your diet is sorted then look at the supplements to compliment the diet...but for starters..
PWO recovery drink
Blended protein shake
Creatine Ethyl Ester or Kre-Akalyne
should be the foundation to any supplement plan..

If its what I think it is the Panaxo-sides are nothing like being as close to gear as you can get. Its just a trade name for Panax-Ginseng. Which is an adaptogen (i.e - it helps your body handle stress).
As for creatines, proteins, fat strippers etc. If in doubt go for the brands that have stood the test of time. Met-rx, Reflex, Extreme, CNP, Optimum Nutrition etc have all be around for several year. If the products are crap they dont sell....simple as. So the fact they're still around means their products are good (and no their isn't a BEST ONE)

the stuff im thinking of using is along the lines of muscle tech..
The stuff im currently using doesnt seem to be doing the trick..just get bloated and seem to be putting mor BF on then Lean muscle..i have hit a plateu. I know how to normally break through them but unfortuantly this one has come at the wrong time as i dont want to increase my food intake anymore as i dont want more excess BF to try burn off before i start Cutting for the summer.

My diet -
wake up 7am -
Fruit n fibre or porridge + Protein shake (+ Creatine on Non Workout Days)

10am - Protein Bar + Fruit maybe Shake aswell.

1pm - Lunch - tuna sandwiches (2tins worth), Fruit.

3pm - Protein Bar + Shake

5pm - at gym on workoutdays at this time id not i have my main dinner -
Chicken Breasts, jacket potatoes Veg
Chilli Con Carne
Tuna baked Potatoe
Chicken Wraps with rice
half a Chicken with Beans
( there just examples, I have other meals but along the same lines, Maybe like Pork steak with Veg, Chicken and pasta, Steak... etc)

There after varies...I will have another protein bar for a snack or some fruit..

But i always have a protein shake before i go to bed aswell.

If a go to the gym i also ad a protein shake just before the gym, Straight after and about 2 hours later.. I also mix creatine with my PWO shake : )

i personally do not think this is to bad..i admit i do have the odd "cheat" meal but it is very rare. i like to go out on a saturday night down town but that is only once a month usually..Gotta keep sane, Plus im only 21.

I just dont seem to be growing no more though..Dunno why..i mix up my training every six weeks aswell..Im actually looking for a new workout to be honest for next week...i work out every Monday, wednes and friday without fail.

Any questions please ask

Cheers

Its not horrific mate you are definately thinking along the right lines so thats good

couple of things though......

tuna isnt a great source of protein (only containing around 14 of the 20-23 amino acids we as humans require) so if possible have chicken or turkey or even eggs in your sanwiches (whole eggs being the closest most human reflective protein of all whole/real foods). If u must eat tuna, have a few extreme amino capsules with your meal to make up the defecit.

Make sure the protein shakes you are using are appropriate for your needs at the time you use them. I would suggest for your mid morning and mid afternoon shakes use a meal replacement powder for at least one of them. (extreme, reflex or EAS are good). Morning with porridge and for any other "scooby snacks" use a decent blend (if you are worried about excess carbs use extreme protein or reflex instant whey). Post workout use extreme build and recover - nothing beats this PWO! and at bedtime use micellar casein (reflex is good) - u can mix this with skimmed milk to make it taste better if need be as it doesnt always mix and taste the best but will stay in your system for your body to use through most of the night.

I know this seems like buying a lot of different proteins but if you are relying on them this heavily it is important to make sure you use the right ones at the right times. Plus you wil be using less of each so it will work out the same cost wise in the long term. Also if u do what I do - buy all different flavours - you wont get sick of anything so quick

Same with protein bars - many of them claim to be low in carbs but are high in "hidden" carbs such as polyols which will convert. Ensure the ones you use are using natural, whole, ingredients for carbs ie oats. Trioplex (bars and cookies) are good for this as are extreme nutri bars. Many others I wouldnt touch with a barge pole (yuk).

Your evening meals dnt look to bad since you are obviously very active throughout the day. Make sure you dont miss them though even (and especially) if you are training as whole food is very important.

On the training note - each bodypart once a week max. you dont say what you are doing at the moment or how your job increases your daily activity though so cant comment further than that

Great advice...

My workouts are :

Monday : Legs, Back/Lats, Abs

Tuesday : Rest Day - (Starting to go running for 30mins from today, Advisable or wait a while longer?)

Wednesday : Chest, Biceps, Abs

Thursday : Rest Day - Football match in evenings

Friday : Shoulders, Triceps , Abs

Saturday : Rest day

Sunday : Rest day

I reckon that this is a good schedule as im working each muscle group once per week..I do 3/4 Excercises on each muscle with about 3 sets varying from 8-12reps per Set.

I do also mix my days about to keep it intresting.

Money is also another problem..I cant afford a load of different proteins and all that stuff on a regular basis.

But was looking to buy myself some top grade stuff as its me birthday just gone so fancied buying afew tubs of the Bigger Brands like Muscle Tech or Maximuscle(although i heard this was poor stuff) or even Met-Rx.

Im currently using some Protein from my gym..It sells fast in my place.. should be £30 per tub but we get it for £20 as it sells so well.. You get 33g of protein per shake..

Then i have also being using Met-Rx pure Creatine..But dunno if its any good really.. Lasts ages though!!

Thanks for all your help guys : )

legs and back on the same day is a hell of a workout!!

if cost is a factor go or extreme - look for the link on here and you get discount - i thinks its 25% and its a hell of a ot better than maximuscle! or if u want to mix different brands then our site offers free shipping to UK and up to 25% off if u are a gold card member.

If it is possible to do 4 days at all i would suggest:

day 1 chest/biceps
day 2 shoulders/abs
day 3 rest
day 4 back/triceps
day 5 legs
day 6 rest
day 7 rest

this way you dont work 2 major muscle groups in one day, you do push/pull exercises together ie back mainly pull (rows etc) and triceps mainly push so you get the most from your workouts, plus you have 2 days clear after legs to recover! lol
