Bsn Nitrix Cem3 360

Hi,

I have just bought some BSN NITRIX CEM3 360 as I thought it contained creatine. When I read the Nutritional label it does not state the daily ammount of creatine only the L argentine and others. Can someone clarify for me please as I'm Confused???

This is whats in it:

L-Arginine Alpha Keto-Glutarate (AAKG): 3000mg CRTS: 1791mg (Controlled Release Technology & Support System) Methocel (Micro-Polymer Hydrophillic Ether Matrix) Phosphaplexx (Calcium Phosphate, Di-Potassium Phosphate & Sodium Phosphate) CEM3 (creatine ethyl-ester malate) patent pending L-Citrulline NAD (Nicotinamide Adenine Dinucleotide) Folic Acid (Folate)

Yeah your right and dont know why but it's an obvious one, im sure one of the more experianced guy's will know.

Nitrix is a Nitric Oxide Product (the Argenine conversion causes Nitric Oxide production)

It says on the label CEM3 - this means Creatine Ethel Ester Malate. Thats what the ingredient is listed as.

It is designed to dilate the blood vessels to allow blood to circulate more freely taking oygenated blood to the muscle when training and delivering nutrients more efficiently throughout the day, whilst also taking waste products eg lactic acid, away more effectively.

It will also give you a good pump during/after training due to the vaso dilation and increased blood supply.

Should I take anothor creatine supplement together with it or is there enough from the daily dose?

that is your creatine mate, its better.

If you want to use creatine its not enough on its own really - more effective to stack with cellmass and if you can afford it NOXplode.

I hear Extreme are bringing out a new product calle Kre-Alkyln ( i think thats how u spell?) which is just as good tho and may be cheaper?
