at bedtime you want slow releasing protein, it's no good if it's fast acting as an idea of a bedtime shake is to fuel your body in the night so slow releasing whey will do this where as fast acting whey will be gone within the hour hence the name fast acting.

Try Casein before bed (think ive spelt it right)

Can't you just mix the Extreme Protein with milk for slow release?

Steve,
Our Protein (Extreme Nutrition) is a blend of four protein sources, designed to offer a time released supply of all 22 amino acids into the blood stream. Extreme Protein is the drink you want to take before bed or during the day at work so you know that when you aren''t able to go and mix up a Whey every couple of hours, you still have amino acids entering your bloodstream.

Like all our products Extreme Protein is ultra low in lactose and sodium and is also easy to drink due to the fact it doesn''t have an overly sweet or chemical taste as some rival products do.

Protein 76.5%

Carbohydrates 5.8%

Fat 4.2%

Fibre 0.4%

Sodium 0.1%

Lactose 0.2%

Hope the above helps and answers your questions mate.

One of the proteins is casein Steve so it does take time to digest, approx 4-5 hours.

Remember your MCD25 discount code guys.
