Is it ok to take their: Whey Protein NO2 Extreme Caps and: Creatine Ethyl Ester HCL Glutamine at the same time? As this is what i'm going to purchase on wednesday! If not, what would you recommend for the same sort of price??? Another thing, they also do the WHOLE egg powder on that site, does this still not run the risk of too much cholesterol in your diet, like it would with normal egg yolks!!! Cheers guys Paul Last edited by paulr187; 26-02-2007 at 08:33 PM. |

Glutamine - Used f**kin' loads of this!!! So I, personally would say yes. Although, if I say no and you don't use it there'll be more for me?!?! Hmm, In that case NO !! ______________________ APPLIED KNOWLEDGE, IS POWER!!! The real challenge is to be yourself in a world that wants you to be someone else!! www.rippedglutes.net |

I get a lot of people saying this about protein in general. You will always get dodgy guts if you suddenly increase your protein substantially. And if he's just started to use a lot of the whey this could be why he has 'air-biscuit-itis' Personnaly I've never had any problems withtheir whey, but I use it instead of another protein powder so my day-to-day protein intake doesn't actually change. ______________________ APPLIED KNOWLEDGE, IS POWER!!!
