I mean its obviously not the best but is it complete rubbish or is it worth the few quid is costs? Thanks |

Extreme is right in saying it might be better than nothing but if youre anything like me it will make you ill. (i suffer from IBS but anyone with anything other than cast iron guts....... well - its not a pretty picture LOL) Stick with the extreme performance whey -with the member discount that is outstanding value and its a great product.
