Question extreme creatine

i have just got some extreme creatine, it recommends on the label, thats it good to take with gluclose, i know it will help the creatine move faster into the bloodstream,,,,,my main concern is that the gluclose i have just got has 91g of sugar,,does anyone else use gluclose.

i do

sugar after the workout is fine. dont overdo it though, probably about 50 - 75 grams is ideal after an intense session

I would advise you to take your creatine with around 25g of glucose or dextrose unless as Nick says your taking after training when you can mix up your creatine, whey and some simple sugars.
