I am soon to go on a 4 month plan consisting of the following supplement combinations. month 1 - promax extreme, creatamax extreme, zma month 2 - progain, cyclone, pump up+n02 month 3 - progain, cyclone, zma month 4 - progain, creatamax extreme, methoxy max. I researched into this and saw it in a maximuscle magazine. All these products are from http://www.maximuscle.com/ I'm confused as to when these should be taken and how many servings. For example, month 1, in the back of the magazine it says take 3 scoops of promax extreme a day. For creatamax extreme it says take 4 times a day and for zma, take 1 capsule daily. Does this mean i should be taken 7 scoops a day and a capsule for the first month? If not could someone please advise as to how many of each and when to take them. I'm 18, 6foot 2.3 and i weigh 11 stone 3. I will enter my meal plan and training programme as i will probably be eating something i shouldn't or be doing an exercise i shouldn't. Thanks for your time, any advise would be greatly appreciated as i'm fed up of the way i look and i'm finally going to put an end to it and get my confidence back. steve edwards |

If I was you I would do some further research and find some companies (Extreme / My Protein etc) that do not spend all of their money on packaging and hype. I am sure you could also save yourself some money and spend this on the best "supplement" you can get food. Sorry to be abit negative and it is only my opinion. When all else fails go to the source. I think it would be the best bet. ______________________ Socrates believed that a man would make the right decision if he knew all aspects of the situation. Look at this http://www.extremenutrition.co.uk/ca...ack-p-333.html, you get 25% off it as a Musclechat member. I know Better Bodies UK who sponsor the forum too have some good prices on anything you think you need thats not in the Extreme Size Stack. Maximuscle spend more on advertising than any other UK supplement company, its you the customer who funds this advertising because their profit margins are huge. Put it this way we sell a 2.4kg tub of Whey for an RRP of £39.95, the same price as a 1kg tub of Promax Whey. How can that be justified? ______________________ www.extremenutrition.co.uk - 25% OFF FOR ALL MC MEMBERS, discount code MCD25. www.betterbodies.uk.com Seriously cheap sports nutrition! I would personally recommend Extreme's MRP, ON (optimum nutrition) or Extreme's Whey, and Extreme Creatine (or any micronised version of creatine). Add these on top of a good diet, get lots of rest and train hardcore, and you will grow very well! ______________________ - Obsession is what lazy people call dedication - |

| Illuminati | they do help, but its training that makes you grow not supps! i also think training is a more important factor than diet.(dont forget the much forgotten rest factor-its free) the one good thing maximuscle used to promote was a book called BRAWN. PM me if you`d like a free copy dude ______________________ einsteins mind was the key to all things...to understand more than to know. www.englishmuscle.co.uk www.extremenutrition.co.uk |
