Default 4 month plan

Hey everyone. I am soon to go on a 4 month plan consisting of the following supplement combinations.
month 1 - promax extreme, creatamax extreme, zma
month 2 - progain, cyclone, pump up+n02
month 3 - progain, cyclone, zma
month 4 - progain, creatamax extreme, methoxy max.
I researched into this and saw it in a maximuscle magazine. All these products are from http://www.maximuscle.com/

I'm confused as to when these should be taken and how many servings. For example, month 1, in the back of the magazine it says take 3 scoops of promax extreme a day. For creatamax extreme it says take 4 times a day and for zma, take 1 capsule daily. Does this mean i should be taken 7 scoops a day and a capsule for the first month? If not could someone please advise as to how many of each and when to take them. I'm 18, 6foot 2.3 and i weigh 11 stone 3. I will enter my meal plan and training programme as i will probably be eating something i shouldn't or be doing an exercise i shouldn't. Thanks for your time, any advise would be greatly appreciated as i'm fed up of the way i look and i'm finally going to put an end to it and get my confidence back.

Hi Steve

Well you have made the right move by joining this website, and you will get some great advice, I would however have some reservations on the maximuscle products, I have looked at these and they appear to be overpriced for what they are. If I was you I would do some further research and find some companies (Extreme / My Protein etc) that do not spend all of their money on packaging and hype.

I am sure you could also save yourself some money and spend this on the best "supplement" you can get food.

Sorry to be abit negative and it is only my opinion.

Regards

Welcome to MC. In regards to your supplements, if you already bought them, I would call the company on the bottle. When all else fails go to the source. I think it would be the best bet.

Honestly Steve, you're buying mediocre products at top prices, Maximuscle stuff is way overpriced.

Look at this http://www.extremenutrition.co.uk/ca...ack-p-333.html, you get 25% off it as a Musclechat member. I know Better Bodies UK who sponsor the forum too have some good prices on anything you think you need thats not in the Extreme Size Stack.

Maximuscle spend more on advertising than any other UK supplement company, its you the customer who funds this advertising because their profit margins are huge. Put it this way we sell a 2.4kg tub of Whey for an RRP of £39.95, the same price as a 1kg tub of Promax Whey. How can that be justified?

steve... i think people are being a bit negative whith you here mate... its not YOU they are being negative towards... its the fact that some supplement company has charged you a fortune when they shouldnt have.

hopefully your willing to listen and to learn.

1- any plan in bodybuilding (i.e. your 4 month plan) should be based solely upon diet and hard training. after this supplements should tehn be considered.

2- you have a plan based around supplements, which looks to me to be a way to buy you a whole range of supplements from 1 company at a ridiculuos price rather than a plan to put a boat load of muscle on your frame.

3- you now have a decision to make, should you go ahead with this plan, or get advice from here and start from the bottom up and possibly find a better way of using all the supplements you have bought and maybe build some solid muscle in the process!

4- who fancies going through his supplement list, and finding better alternatives online, maybe only through our advertisers too, and showing him what price he could have got all the equivalent products for? go on... break his heart! lol

sorry again mate, you have done nowt wrong, as has been said, some companies spend a fortune on advertising etc. simply to get people to spend money on their products... companies such as extreme nutrition simply produce top drawer products that are proven to work that people need... so dont need all that false advertising!

hi steve. this is one of the ploys maximuscle use in their advertising. suggesting a supplement 'stack' or 'cycle'. i'm not suggesting these products don't work, but i'll argue with anyone that says you need all of them. the best way to get an answer here, is for you to post up your diet. that way, we can read it and see what supplements ( by definition means extra's or top up's ) we feel will best benefit you.

steve, as others have said, get your diet locked down first. THEN think about supplementation.

I would personally recommend Extreme's MRP, ON (optimum nutrition) or Extreme's Whey, and Extreme Creatine (or any micronised version of creatine). Add these on top of a good diet, get lots of rest and train hardcore, and you will grow very well!

they do help, but its training that makes you grow not supps!
i also think training is a more important factor than diet.(dont forget the much forgotten rest factor-its free)

the one good thing maximuscle used to promote was a book called you guessed it dudes .
BRAWN.

PM me if you`d like a free copy dude

yeah post up your daily diet.

theres no reason why you cant use up those maximuscle supps alongside your diet tho if you alreday bought them... youll probs get a bit longer than 4 month out of them too!!
