Rep Power: Bodyworks is an unknown quantity at this point
Default Re: 4 month plan

ok, had a quick scan, nothing leaps out at me as being bad. follow this simple rule. train hard, regularly. eat well, regularly. monitor your progress. if you're not gaining as you would like, increase the food. simple.
good luck.

both creatine and build and recover are excellent ADDITIONS to a good diet. its the diet that builds the muscle... teh supplements just ensure your body gets everything it needs when it needs it!

Do you think i'm eating enough fat? Don't you need something like EFA (think that's right)? If not what type of foods contain this?

Hiya everyone. Sorry for all the questions i've been asking. I've been training hard, resting more, eating right and my promax and progain have almost run out. I've been taking promax in the morning, afternoon (both with water) and at night (with milk) and have progain in afternoon also with water or after workout. I'm looking to buy a couple of exteme's products which i can use the same (one 3 times a day (including 1 as post workout) and 1 once a day (post workout) kind of thing). I'm liking the sounds of build and recover as post workout and perhaps the performance whey (can this be taken 3 times a day and once with milk?) This would leave my new supplement intake as follows:
Morning: Performance Whey (with water)
Pre workout: Performance Whey (with water)
Post workout: Build & Recover (with water)
Night: Performance Whey (with milk)

Is this ok? Thanks
