Default Met RX Micronized Creatine

hey all.

Is anyone also using this product. If so How much of it do you take daily and do you do it on a cycle?

Im told that because its micronized there is alot less waste than most other creatines.
And that you also only need to take 5g(teaspoon full)per day, but does any1 do it in 2 lots of halfs to maximize the effects or am i just off me rocker and stick to what it says on the back!

Cheers

Pesonally I prefer CEE (Creatine Ethyl Ester)

There is no loading phase, no bloating, no stomach upsets, no water retention.

This needs to be taken capped, or as a tablet as it tastes like powdered sick!

Much better than Monohydrate in my personal oppinion, I find much better strength from it compared to mono.

Some people do still prefer the monohydrate version tho.

Met RX micronized creatine is exactly the same as ours, its a quality product and I would advise you use a level teaspoon first thing in the morning and the same again after training.

How much did you pay for your maximuscle? As a board member you'd have got 750g of Extreme Creatine for 18.75 inc shipping.

Ill have a check later.....Think i payed 27 for a huge tub thats lasted me for ages....

I have 1 level teaspoon in the morning and thats it for the day! thats what it says on the back due to it been micronized you dont need as much as theres hardly no wastage as there is with other. Ill get back to you on the size of the tub but its good stuff.
