Not to mention the digestion issues with dairy products. Before bed eat fibre and good fat that will help. Nuts would be a good addition but they too end up being expensive. Try bulk powders or Myprotein there unflavoured Casein is cheap as shit probably cheaper than eating the food at that time of day. It tastes like shit though. |

I bought some and took 2. The next day I barely made it to the toilet. The caps have an explosive dose of syllium, which is safer to take in smaller doses like 1 cap with breakfast. It was $6 for 30 or 60 I forget, but either way you will have fiber for at least a month. Just be careful until you know how you handle it. lol 8) ______________________ Socrates believed that a man would make the right decision if he knew all aspects of the situation. Grind up 25g & you'll get a good 4-5g of fibre for about 5pence a time!! Hell of a lot cheaper than any fibre supps & you'll get used to the taste after a bit. ______________________ APPLIED KNOWLEDGE, IS POWER!!!
