Well you know what they say about getting what you pay for muscleman. All that bullsh1t about "them all being the same, after all its just whey" is like the Hyundai salesman telling you a Hyundai Coupe and an Aston Martin Vantage are just the same, well they are both made from metal, with some rubber and leather thrown in.

lol.. is there any metal in extreme whey?? and will it give me 24" pythons like hulk hogan????
seriously, i use extreme whey, its one of the market leaders in terms of quality. yes there are other companies that are comparable... what i like about extreme nutrition is their owner... the good looking guy from the above post (free tub for that comment??) is quite happy to give TRUTHFUL advice about supplements and nutrition to people who ask.... AND he does it on this open forum..... telling people that they can take LESS of his creatine for instance on a regular basis.... theres not alot of other supplement companies out there that do that!!! so you know your going to get good honest down to earth supplements that dont rip you off!! further from that, they put alot more back into the sport than other companies do, sponsoring athletes, running shows, sponsoring other shows..... going back to extremes car analogy..... its like buying a second hand car from a mercedes dealer rather than buying one from dodgy daves automobile emporium!!! and as has been said... 25% off for people who have the brains to take advice from this forum just makes it all the better! ______________________ ![]()

I am just about to run out of Isopure Zero Carb Mango Peach. It has 50g of protein per 62g serving. Tastes OK and I am a fan of Nature's Best products.

I used Optimum Nutrition whey protein 24g of protein per serving. A 5lb jug has about 77 servings in it and the Double Rich Chocolate is an awesome flavor if you like chocolate. Price wise its in the middle there is cheaper but not too expensive. The vanilla flavor is also good if your not a chocolate lover. As far as mixing I use milk for my shakes and it mixes with little effort and no chunks very smooth.
