| Making Progress | I think cnp products are good, however i just make my own. Ground oats, whey protein, banana, milk, peanut butter, stick it all in a blender and there you go! A quality weight gain shake with real ingredients! Plus you know whats in it and it will probably be cheaper! |

Two very good products that are real value for money. Its all well and good being able to make your own or eat home cooked food , but as we all know not every one has the time to be able to do either. This is where supplements come into their own. |
