Hi what is everyones best weight gainer? I have been using cnp pro mass for the last few months and have had great results from it. Would anyone rate anything else?

I think cnp products are good, however i just make my own.

Ground oats, whey protein, banana, milk, peanut butter, stick it all in a blender and there you go! A quality weight gain shake with real ingredients! Plus you know whats in it and it will probably be cheaper!

Your using a quality product mate, however as for value for money you want to try Extreme Nutritions Build & Recover or Performance Mass. Two very good products that are real value for money.
Its all well and good being able to make your own or eat home cooked food , but as we all know not every one has the time to be able to do either.
This is where supplements come into their own.
