Default My Supplment Intake, need advice

Currently im taking:

Glucosamine,Chondriotin & MSM combo from H&B
CellTech
Egg Whites
Protein Powder
Flaxseed Oil
Amino Acids.

Am i wasting my time with any of these as its an expensive game, any recommendations on anything else i should take.

Also on top of this im looking to take a pro-hormone something like SuperDrol which i know i cant get anymore, or something less potent like Norateen.

All advice is apprieciated and will be self researched thanks.

i would drop the cell tech and just use a basic creatine formula, i would also not bother with the egg white powder and just use a blended protein powder.

i am not in favor of using flax oil either as fish oil is assimilated by the body better than flax..

as has been said.. drop the cell tech.. its an expensive gimmick!

all the other supps you list are good and will work to good effect....

however how much of an effect depends on what your diet is like and when yuor taking these supplements... if yuor diet is crap your wasting your time with supplements...

i recently watched one of shawn ray's videos (top 5 olympia many times) and his advice was... if he has 20 dollars in his pocket to spend on nutrition... hes away to the supermarket to buy chicken, eggs, steak, veg, rice etc... IF there is anything left once he has bought the food he needs... then hell spend that on supplements as an insurance policy for his food!

thanks for your comments guys, the egg whites i forgot to add are liquid egg whites from eggnation something i find pretty helpful. Im sure in the liquid form you would agree.
These supps are on top of a good diet, ive been training on and off for years, i eat good (Clean) and bad foods as my main goal currently is strength and i dont have the discipline of a bodybuilder :P i like my food to much.

I would just be a bit carefull just taking the flaxseed.

It contains mainly omega 3 and if you don't balance your omegas out, there is some sort of condition you can get.

Do a search on google for flaxseed, There's one site that explains.

If your using flaxseed they say you should be taking, fish oil or evening primrose with it.
