I know a few people who have used body fortress I can't comment on the stuff myself. I can't see you having any problems taking them all on the same day, perhaps whey in the morning along with the omega oils and the muscle weight gain later on in the day.

you eat constantly, you poo for your country, your clothes get uncomfortable, touching your toes is "a goal" rather than "something you can do", tie-ing your shoe laces is a good 5 minutes of cardio, you snore all through the night..... and yes the best part is the women pay more attention.... but being on top isnt much of an option!!

well if my clothes get tighter then i will have to buy some new ones...lol lol.....basically i was asking how to get bigger because i feel like im not improving,,,,i work on my chest and shoulders on monday,,,,,arms on tuesday and back and legs on wednesday,abs every workout day....i've been working out proper now for nearly 8 months solid....normally i do 4x8 reps on each muscle group.......so thats around 12-16 sets on each muscle.....i know it takes time to build bigger muscles,,,i do have muscles,,,,,i just want them bigger,,,lol lol lol lol
