I know the product and it is a "cheap and cheerfull" if you know what I mean. If you are naturally skinny and cannot put weight on then it may be good for you but if trying to add mass without gaining fat it may not be up to much if you have a body that gets fat easily.

Not as good as Pro-Mass which I don't think is as good as our Performance Mass.

If looking for a big mass builder I'd say have a look on www.betterbodies.uk.com (one of our advertisers) and go for the Universal Ultra Mass 4.33kg or ON Serious Mass 5.45kg both are 35 and are better formulas.

Thanks for that.

I am naturally skinny and find it hard to put on weight...........it is going on slighty but hardly noticable!!

When you say trying to add mass without gaining fat.................will the ON Serious Mass be good for that??

I had a look at the fat content and its only 4g fat per serving and about 1400 calories!!

Thanks for your help.

Tried it many months ago & wont use it again.

Very sickly, seems to weigh heavy in the stomach. And one of those where you have to add 5 big scoops of powder per shake, in the ATLAS Weight Gainer i had.

Cheap & nasty.
