Default norateen heavyweight 2

hi there, i just want some general advice on what people think about norateen heavyweight 2 and whether there is anything safe i can stack it with to help me get better gains. i'm also fed up with reading so much crap on the net about nutrition. could someone actaully give me some tips on eating as i am very keen to put on some size before i start playing rugby again after xmas. i'm around 15 stone and would like to get up to around 15 and a half stone if pos without getting fat. sorry its such an open and long winded question but any advice would be greatly appreciated.

cheers, will

i reckon if you have the money for it, do it, it gives massive results, and as with most suplements at the mo, you get what you pay for!

what gains have you had from it?

its useless imho. i have stacked norateen2 and heavyweight and imo they are a total waste of money, you better off spending it on food imo. i dont rate la muscle at all

DONT BOTHER WITH NORATEEN

ME MATE GOT AFEW TUBS OF IT AND IT WAS CRAP, YEH HE DID GET AFEW GAINS BUT NOTHING NOBODY ELSE COULD GET.

WEN HE STARTED ON THEM HE ALSO STARTED EATING LOADS AND TRAINING HARDER. SO IT FIGURES THAT HE GOT BIGGER.

SOON AS HE STOPEED THE NORATEEN NOTHING CHANGED. HE JUST KEPT GETTING BIGGER BECAUSE OF HIS MINDSET,DIET AND TRAINING.

dONT GET NORATENN - ITS A LOAD OF CRAP

there are a few basics to eating when wanting to build muscle....

1 - keep protein from clean sources to 1.5g per lb of bodyweight for you this equals 315g per day

2 - Use a base line of 2g of carbs per lb of bodyweight for you this is 420g

3 - use approx 100g of good fats from sources like - Salmon, Nuts, Seeds, Egg whites etc

4 - Eat every 2.5 - 3hrs to maintain a good metabolism

5 - Eat plenty of veg for fibre

these are basic points but you can build a decent diet to gain weight around these fundamental points...
