Default Is it worth me taking creatine?

Thinking of getting some creatine...

Does anybody think it will really make much of a difference to the results i'm achieving?

Is it very beneficial in PCT?

Which creatine does everybody recommend, either micronised monohydrate or CEE? I may just get tablet form CEE for ease, but its still a good £25 or so, which is a lot of money!

Nick

i dont bother with creatine much... if i use it i only ever put some powder in my post workout shake to help a little with nutrient uptake.....

never tried CEE... always just buy a brand name so know its decent quality (have bought some rubbish in the past).... if your buying cheap look for something that is creapure branded!

I have always had pretty good results with 5 grams mono (taken with maltodextrin) twice a day, but as a natural bodybuilder I have never experienced quick strength improvments. I say try it and see as its not that expensive. Also I hav tried CEE but didnt find that worked so well... Tom

creatine is one of the VERY few supplements that has noticable results. i use it on and off, in the same way lee does.

the worst stuff ever was American Muscle creatine. Absolute sh*te.

never tried CEE, the tabs or serum don't convince me, the powder monohydrate works and is cheap enough so i go with that.

Surely i don't have to mention which brand i use .

and don't call me shirley.

Nick just pm me or phone me and we'll get you sorted.

I wrote a paper on Creatine when studying, I had to write about the effects of a compound (some chose insulin, weed, heroin, tobacco) and its efffects on the human body.

I found it hard to choose between GH and creatine, so I did both! My lecturer said to go with the creatine one because the GH one may have been a little "out there" for them, but I learned a lot.

I have done a lot of research and I think kre alkalyn is better than CEE, I've seen the research and Extreme Nutrition will release Krevolution (Creatine Evolution, aren't I fkng gifted!??!!??) next month. I have seen research showing CEE to be much less effective and I will publish everything in an article on Extreme Nutritions website when the product is ready to go live.

We're also getting it made in America so we can put a BUCCHI testing certificate on it gauranteeing 100% purity with no cross contamination risk. No other European company can claim this.
