The only thing I would add is that many people seem to forget to take in EXTRA water when on creatine. Creatine by its very nature is hydroscopic (attracts water) and to get maximum cell-volumising effect extra water needs to be taken in. I remember when creatine first came out (don't I feel old enough already!! LOL) and everyone was banging down 6-8 litres a day and putting on 8-12 lbs in about two weeks. Nowadays people seem to have gotten lazier and think if they have their usual "cup of tea - it'll be alright!" Fcukin' knob-rashes!!

How much are you using? If more than 6gr a day drop it down a little if not increase your vitamin C intake to somewhere around 3000mg daily spreadthroughout the day.

The other thing is if you are using anabolics they may be playing a part in this water retention.
