Ive been using this for three weeks now and can say i have finally found a creatine that works for me. Admittedley ive only tried Chem Nutrition E2 tablets and also the powder and neither of these did anything for me
Since i have started on the BSN i have been able to lift/push more everythime i go down the gym

Anyone else had good experiences with it or used it before?

I don't think it'll just be the creatine, No-Xplode has nitric oxide related ingredients, various stimulants and simple carbs all working together to boost your workouts.

It definately does something but does it actually build new muscle tissue?

i dont think it builds any more muscle tissue than simply taking in a good post workout protein/carbs/creatine drink....

in reality i think the added pump "effect" (its only temporary) it gives you is a negative thing as may actually distract your attention away from the fact you may not be growing or progressing.... meaning that if you need to make changes to your diet etc... because every time you train yuor getting the false pump from the NOexplode youll think your getting better and better when in fact your standing still!

just my opinion... i could be wrong... but i think its all down to clever marketing in my opinion... if i eat 3 mars bars and 2 bags of monster munch before training (yes i have done this) i get a fantastic pump... (from all the sugars)... doesnt mean id reccommend it!!

Don't you think its yet another gimmick? Its a 2nd generation creatine and an (NO2) arginine combo, yes it will give you a pump but once again as Lee says does this mislead you in the gym?

After all once your pumped the job is done but if something is artificially making you feel pumped quicker do you continue to train as hard or keep pushing the way you should do?

If you believe the hype of all the American marketing machines you'd be buying Anator, Leukic, Gakic, Cell Mass, Cell Tech and so on. I know they have pseudo scientific marketing but lets be honest about it, human muscle tissue is essentially protein, water and some creatine.

Why not buy yourself some kre-alkalyn and some form of NO2, it should be as effective and cheaper.

as extreme says theres lots of US products at the moment with research proving that they work....

what they dont tell you is this is research done in the lab.... i.e. in test tubes etc introducing the ACTUAL compounds to each other directly... NOT research trying these actual supplements on humans!!!

theres lots of different creatines... some good quality and some bad quality... as long as you buy creatine from a reputable brand name you shouldnt have any probs. as everyone probably knows by now ive been using www.extremenutrition.co.uk supplements for a while now and would reccomend tehm to anyone... you also get 25% off when ordering online for being a musclechat member!
