| Making Progress Join Date: Oct 2006 Posts: 367 Rep Power: ![]() | Ive been told today that you dont need to load creatine anymore, and that you just take your 8 grams or whatever after your workout and that will be enough. Is this right? Last time I used creatine a couple of years ago I could have sworn I was eating it a few times a day. |
