Default Creatine

Ive been told today that you dont need to load creatine anymore, and that you just take your 8 grams or whatever after your workout and that will be enough.

Is this right? Last time I used creatine a couple of years ago I could have sworn I was eating it a few times a day.

I don't know why people have such a big hangup on loading creatine... just means you take it 4 times a day vs 2 times a day for the first 5 days !

according to our resident supplement guru extreme... theres no need as your body will just expell teh excess it does not need anyway!

many creatine products tell you to load up.. why?... so you use more creatine and tehrefore need to buy more.....

when a supplement company tells you to use less of their product then you really should wonder why? because they dont want to rip you off!!!
