i use the full range of extreme nutrition products of course ! Actually i do use build and recover twice a day and creatine on occasion. A multi vit maybe when i'm dieting. Does salt and pepper count ? | |

| Under Construction Join Date: Aug 2006 Posts: 98 Rep Power: ![]() | yea damn alot of supps guys me; multi vitamin glutamine ( afterworkout) whey protein another whey with 18g of fat creatine (if im using it) i try to get my omegas and flaxseed from food. i buy these whole wheat pita crackers with flaxseed in them, good source. i eat a can of salmon a day and eat about 3 omega 3 eggs a day. |

Weight Gainer- again, various. Straw/Ban PVL tastes good, as does Mammoth. Creatine- typically monohydrate, but have been using a USN Creatine HDS, tastes good, but seemingly not the same significant increase in strength Glucose- post training, amount depends on workout volume and body parts worked. 40-100g BCAA's *12- reflex. feel significantly better during work out and more energised after since taking these, placebo? i'll take it!
