nothing, apart from some creatine and thats only recently.
i did used to be a pill popper tho
if i actually had any money it would be a tempatation tho!

I used to spend a fortune and my daily list was huge. Not to bad now. What do you take bodyworks just out of interest seen as your probably the best BBer on here.

don't know about that last part but,

i use the full range of extreme nutrition products of course !


Actually i do use build and recover twice a day and creatine on occasion. A multi vit maybe when i'm dieting. Does salt and pepper count ?

me;

multi vitamin
glutamine ( afterworkout)
whey protein
another whey with 18g of fat
creatine (if im using it)

i try to get my omegas and flaxseed from food. i buy these whole wheat pita crackers with flaxseed in them, good source. i eat a can of salmon a day and eat about 3 omega 3 eggs a day. Maybe more supps would help me?

Multi Vit/Min *2
Vit C 1000mg *2
Vit B Complex
Cod Liver Oil 500mg*4
Glucosamine 500mg *8
Garlic
Flax Seed Oil- with pre-bed protein shake
Whey Protein-various, depends what i have, used to Sportlab, now can be anything.
Weight Gainer- again, various. Straw/Ban PVL tastes good, as does Mammoth.
Creatine- typically monohydrate, but have been using a USN Creatine HDS, tastes good, but seemingly not the same significant increase in strength
Glucose- post training, amount depends on workout volume and body parts worked. 40-100g
BCAA's *12- reflex. feel significantly better during work out and more energised after since taking these, placebo? i'll take it!
Testex 750 *6- Sportlab, now seemingly unable to get hold of
