hi im not really up on weight gainers, but i think ture mass is bsn's weight gainer, i got a free sample of the stuff i havent tired so i cant pass judgement on the taste, but looking at the back of the packet there isn't much on anything per serving 23grams carbs, 17grams of protein. extremes performance mass has 35grams of protein and 50grams of carbs per serving. in my opinion you want around 30grams protein and 40grams of carbs per drink

xx

DWG, what is the serving size of True Mass and how many servings are in a tub?

I'd have expected if thats your picture in the avatar that you wouldn't be falling for the scams some companies pull.

The Extreme Mass is based on 100g in water, the comparison above with True Mass is not a fair comparison as the True Mass is a 145g serving.

The other thing is as a Musclechat member you get a 3kg tub of Extreme Performance Mass for £30, True Mass is £52 RRP for 2.6kg.
