| Making Progress Join Date: Oct 2006 Posts: 350 Rep Power: ![]() | A mate of mine has just bought some a product called Testo Sting which apparently is made from an extract of a plant called Urtica Dioica which is supposed to cause an "increase in Unbound Testosterone, IGF-1levels and thyroid hormones (T-3)" to increase the bodys natural anabolic environment. I think its new. Personally, I dont really trust anything that comes from a plant. Does anybody here know about this stuff or similar stuff? Does it actually work? Im sceptical. |

Test sting = Over priced scam The research does show an elevation in Free- test levels (Nettle is a bit like natures Proviron in that regard) however the impact on IGF levels and thyroid, if i recall correctly, were negligible.
