Default Natural testosterone increase

A mate of mine has just bought some a product called Testo Sting which apparently is made from an extract of a plant called Urtica Dioica which is supposed to cause an "increase in Unbound Testosterone, IGF-1levels and thyroid hormones (T-3)" to increase the bodys natural anabolic environment.

I think its new. Personally, I dont really trust anything that comes from a plant. Does anybody here know about this stuff or similar stuff? Does it actually work? Im sceptical.

well it may work... but whether or not it will give you any more than a 0.001% increase is another matter...

i dont know any of teh science behind the product youve mentioned.... but at teh end of the day theres plenty of supplements out there which DO work and do help.... so why bother with things that are mere speculation?

Urtica Dioica is the latin name for stinging Nettle; Testo sting retails at about 50 quid but you can get Stinging nettle tablets from Holland and Barrett for under a tenner (300mg per tab and 100 tabs per bottle).
Test sting = Over priced scam

The research does show an elevation in Free- test levels (Nettle is a bit like natures Proviron in that regard) however the impact on IGF levels and thyroid, if i recall correctly, were negligible.
It is also quite an effective diuretic if used properly.

You can tell your mate he's been done, good an' proper!! :?
